"With
greater emphasis on the electronic side of the agency business,
especially the Internet," Andy says, "it's interesting
to watch the changes in the business, as well as the integration
of this technology into daily life." Andy's curious about
the impact of online advertising, entertainment, commerce, and
training.
As
a former teacher, he's especially interested in training because
"as the technology offers more alternatives, businesses
expect instant results," Andy explains. "The technology
also gets more complex and training will become integral to
its successful use."
"Even
though electronic technology offers wonderful tools for the
agency business, it will never replace creativity," Andy
says. "Very creative writers, artists, and production people
make it happen, not the technology."
