Candi Becker

With experience in writing, as well as desktop publishing and design, Candi brings comprehensiveness to her view as graphic artist. She has a unique understanding of the written word's function in the design and appeal of a document whether it's a brochure, technical paper, or ad. Her background as a writer helps when it comes to proofreading as well. You can never have enough eyes on any given project.

Prior to joining Media II, Candi had three years of advertising agency experience with David Advertising in Cleveland where she worked as a production artist. While with David Advertising, Candi was part of a team that won an Employment Management Association Award for employee referral posters for the Limited, Inc.

Ohio University - Bachelor of Science degree in journalism

Candi says she's glad she missed the days of keylines and paste-ups. "Computers expedite the production end of the printing process," Candi says. "With technology you have more time to be creative, and some of the effects and images you can create on the computer are really quite powerful."

Candi is Media II's resident baker and treat maker. From layered cakes to rich and wonderful pies, the Media II staff knows a good strudel when they taste one.
